Exioty's smart plugs support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi networks, connecting to Alexa Echo via BLE Mesh. This ensures seamless connectivity, regardless of your home's wireless network.

For safety, Exioty uses fire-resistant 1383°F ABS material and high-quality chips, providing overload protection to ensure the well-being of your family. Additionally, the network connection is established through the Alexa Echo, not directly to the WiFi network, ensuring privacy and security.

Setting up Exioty's smart plugs is a breeze. With Bluetooth simple setup, you can make your home smart in a snap. All you need is the Alexa app or Echo to control your outlet from anywhere.

Please note that Exioty Smart Plug is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Mesh smart plug, and network connection requires an Alexa Echo. The smart plug connects to the Alexa Echo via BLE Mesh. Ensure that your paired plug is within 30 ft (9 m) of your Alexa Echo, or within 10 ft if there is an indoor barrier. Make sure the Echo is online before setting up the smart plug, and set up the plugs one by one, without pairing multiple plugs at the same time.

Exioty Smart Plug is optimized for simple setup and exclusive use with Alexa, and it does not support other apps or voice assistants. It is not compatible with Smart Life, HomeKit, Google Home, or SmartThings.
